Custom projects are very welcome.  It’s a nice change of pace to build something new.  In fact, many of the standard kits we build have come from ideas of customers.   

Custom projects will be built to the same high standards, heavily constructed of solid wood and plywood. The floor, wall, and roof framing is 2×4, 2×6, and 2×8 fir lumber, floor framing is pressure treated, the walls are covered with tapered lap siding over plywood sheathing, the interior floor is 3/4” plywood, the roof is 1/2” plywood covered by asphalt shingles or steel panels.

Most window sizes and styles, as well as doors, are available.  Custom features and details are also possible.

Pricing

Pricing will vary by the design complexity and choice of windows, doors, and roofing.  Generally, pricing will be between $80 to $120 per square foot for a complete exterior structure kit.  Insulation and interior wall paneling is available.  Installation cost will vary on the size, complexity, and assembly time.  Contact us to discuss the possibilities.
