Shelter your children from the weather while they wait
for the school bus with our Rural School Bus Stop Waiting Shelter Kit. The bus shelter stands approximately 7.5 tall and
is 4 wide by 4 long. The cedar shingle roof and plastic window panes
provides a rain tight shelter so it can be used at any time of the year.
The interior 18 x 42 bench provides a comfortable place to wait.
The shelter is heavily constructed of solid wood and
plywood. The floor, wall, and roof framing is 2x3 & 2x4 fir lumber.
The walls are covered with tapered lap siding over plywood sheathing. The
interior floor is 5/8 plywood.
The shelter kit is delivered partially assembled and
pre-stained on the exterior. The walls are pre-built panels. The windows,
door opening trim, and roof panels are completely assembled. You just
screw it together.

are provided with each kit.
With
basic construction skills, the Bus Shelter can be assembled in just over
an hour. All screws and hardware are included.
Set-up
services are available on a limited basis. Please contact us for
details. The
shelter is built upon
two 4x4 pressure treated skids which rest on concrete patio blocks. These are included
in this kit.
The
Bus Shelter kit includes
the cedar singles already attached to the roof panels. |
